Returns Policy
We think you're going to love your mulled wine and have built our reputation on producing the best quality that we possibly can. But just in case you are not satisfied, you have 14 days to get in touch and we will offer a refund.
Please be aware that our mulled wine has a best before date on it. We cannot offer refunds on bottles or pouches that are out of date.
By law, perishable food-stuffs aren't returnable, so we wouldn't be expecting you to send it back to us. Our customers come first and we genuinely want you to love your purchase.
